Utilities & Variable Charges

Water, sewer, or other utilities are not included in your rent, you are responsible for payment each month based on actual usage. These charges are billed separately from rent and are outlined in your lease agreement. Failure to pay variable charges may constitute a lease violation.

Pursuant to Virginia Code § 55.1-1204.1, ‘Rent’ includes all money owed to the landlord under the lease agreement, excluding the security deposit. For updated rental rates, please check our floorplan availability page(s).

We know that keeping pets happy keeps their owners happy, too! That’s why we offer pet-friendly apartments in Crozet and a lifestyle that pet owners love. The Vue Apartments in Crozet, Virginia, offers numerous benefits for pet owners, fostering a welcoming environment for both residents and their animals. The Vue offers features that enhance a pet’s quality of life, including access to nearby outdoor spaces for walks and play.

The Vue provides pet-friendly apartments with the following conditions:

• Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, no weight limit.
• A one-time $50 per dog DNA testing fee.
• $40 per month pet rent for 1 pet (dog or cat).
• $55 per month pet rent for 2 pets (dogs and/or cats or a combination).
• A non-refundable fee for each pet at move-in – $300 for cats and $400 for dogs.
• Restricted breeds include Pitbull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, and Spitz.
• Service or companion animals – no charge for DNA testing, no pet fee, no pet rent (however, dogs will be subject to DNA testing.
