We know that keeping pets happy keeps their owners happy, too! That’s why we offer pet-friendly apartments and a lifestyle that pet owners love.
Include your best friend in our community with these requirements:
- Pet owners must pay a $250 per apartment non-refundable pet fee at move-in
- A one time $50 per dog DNA testing fee
- $30 per month pet rent for 1 pet (dog or cat)
- $35 per month pet rent for 2 pets (dogs and/or cat or a combination)
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, no weight limit
- Restricted breeds include Pitbull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Spitz
- Service or companion animals – no charge for DNA testing, no pet fee, no pet rent (however dogs will be subject to DNA testing
