• A non-refundable fee for each pet at move-in – $300 for cats and $400 for dogs
• A one time $50 per dog DNA testing fee
• $40 per month pet rent for 1 pet (dog or cat)
• $55 per month pet rent for 2 pets (dogs and/or cats or a combination)
• Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, no weight limit
• Restricted breeds include Pitbull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Spitz
• Service or companion animals – no charge for DNA testing, no pet fee, no pet rent (however dogs will be subject to DNA testing
